If you represent an entity, you warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these provisions.
Access to specific architectural blueprints or consultation modules may require separate professional service agreements (PSA). These digital terms apply to the overarching portal usage and general informational exchange.
Operator Conduct
Users must not attempt to reverse engineer the mesh integration logic or bypass governance protocols established within our portal simulations.
2. Permitted Use
Our platform serves as a B2B portal for technical discovery. Engagement is limited to professional research, architectural evaluation, and standard procurement inquiries. Unauthorized automation, scraping, or load-testing of our analytics infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including but not limited to the "Sub-Surface Accuracy" methodology, proprietary mesh-layer schemas, and technical whitepapers, is the exclusive property of TrivexaMesh.

4. Liability Limitations
"TrivexaMesh provides architectural insights and business intelligence models on an 'as-is' basis. While we strive for absolute technical transparency, the implementation of a data mesh remains the responsibility of the client's domain experts. We are not liable for any operational latency or data governance failures resulting from third-party infrastructure."
